Workout Regime
This is a copy of my usual workout regime which I will repeat around 3-4 times a week. At the moment I am working on chest, shoulders, core and quads for the most. I have one rest day during the week and weekends are focused on cardio. My workout fluctuates through the week but I thought this specific one works big muscle groups and leads to and all round healthy you. There are some great non-equipment exercises in here which you or your family may be able to give a go.
40x Front Raise
For this exercise you can use a barbell, weight plate or if you don't have one of them you can use a hefty book or something a rather. Stand up and place the weight plate so its resting on your quads and straighten your arms, slowly lift the weight plate up in front of you to about the 150 degree mark. Slowly let the weight down while keeping your arms straight and repeat for around 20 times so you are able to spread out the exercise through your entire workout.
40x Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Get two Dumbbells and hold them on either side of of your legs and straighten your arms. Slowly lift them on both sides until your arms are in a T shape, Let your arms go back down to their previous position and repeat around 20 times.
100x Push Ups
A simple push up is great for building up your chest and using up protein. No.1 tip to make sure you are maximizing your outcome is keep your back straight! you will be doing more damage then good to your back by having a floppy posture. I recommend while you are still learning to get a family member to hold your chest and back and support you as you are doing them.
80x Lunges
For lunges if you are going for serious quads then trying holding 5 or 6 kg dumbbells to either side of you while you are doing them. Remember to keep your back straight and take a rest if you feel you need one.
60x Butterfly Sit Up
Place your feet together do that the bottom of your shoes are touching each other and lay flat on your back. Put the palms of your hand together, attempt to sit up and then lay back down while still keeping that pose. Repeat as many times as you are comfortable with.
Overall just try your best and don't try to be too extreme. Every little bit counts :)

Victorian times
This is a draft I've had in my drive for a while and wanted to get it out. Its not finished but I kinda liked the setting.
Victorian Times
I awaken, struck by a sense of unknowingness of where I am in the grand scheme of the universe. I slumber my body onto a lively street. It seems I've taken a backspace from my present into another's.
The clicking sound of chariots echoes through the thin walls of the old brick town. The rustling of chimney sweeps touches the town's vibrancy ever so slightly. I walk past a coat shop bustling with rich gentlemen hoping to buy a new opulent coat. I continue walking, passing women with corsets and bloomful dresses looking like a tulip in spring. I continue my walk. Passing children left on the streets to starve and die from hunger and sickness that plague London’s streets. I passed London’s law enforcement chasing down a petty thief who was looking to have nicked a few bucks. Its gloomful day with smoggy clouds and thick air filling the atmosphere like a suffocating flame. I dropped to the ground in sickness. Seeing children dying because the country couldn't admit to its own complications. Immature I thought. I am filled with empathy for those who suffer. I think how lucky I am to live a life of comfort.
I venture out into the countryside to escape the horror. The countryside is warm and glares with sun. I touch the silky soft grass. I continue my walk just admiring the sheer beauty of it is so much to handle. As I look back to the now not so lively town. Gloomful. The one word that could describe it. How could I have taken for granted so much, these times were sad yet part of the evolution to where we are today. It really does put into perspective “No pain, No gain”. Although not everything was murderous. The rich lived the high life of posh food and comfortable service at their fingertips, While I was still in the city I passed many rich gentlemen and their Mrs constantly on the look for more useless corsets and unreasonably priced bow ties. Chariots parked at almost every corner you turn. It's a weird world here, things are consistently the same. I think I've seen enough, I say to myself as I peacefully drift back to the time I call present.

A magnificent creature
The magnificent creature takes flight, pushes realities limits on how such a living thing can be so elegant. Its silver-gray feathers carry its weight as it flutters. It truly is a sight to behold. I lay my now thought of average body down on the silk tipped grass to wonder how anything came to be. An existential thought. Life is common but this is something else.

Retell of Hitting the Target
The Shots of A Veteren
I was a veteran. Taking lives so you didn’t have to. Running point. It was, well, certainly an uncertain job. My life is on the line for something I didn’t believe in. I pulled the tightly woven fibres of this man-made weapon tighter and let the life shattering projectile fly only to find that I had hit the bullseye. I soon became the champion. I was living a double life archer by day, Green Beret by night.
I got a job for a night-op. Taking a target down was no easy task but I was sure this one would be a memory that sticks. I was after newcomer mafia hitman “Darion Fife”. His portfolio was short yet gave me everything I needed to know. A smaller figure and of medium appearance. I still have Something I need to do before I go chasing hitmen though.
An archery competition. What do you know, my target was there. I heard “Darion Fife” over the speakers. He performed well. Time ambushed me and before I knew it I shot my shot, it ripped through the air tearing me apart in anxiousness every second it flew. My eyes reveal my failure. He was smug with the win and gave the speech at the end. He said we all have different ways of doing things, you do things your way and I do things my way. I feel his presence staring into my soul. “He won't be smug soon”. I whisper.
I'm in Dallas Texas. Which is the last place you want to be while taking on a newcomer as you have no clue where they may be. I locate my target in a motel at 0100. My company, Charlie, sent marines in to clear the building at 0000 warning of the assault. Making my move I know my target is declared to be in room 29 of floor 2. The complex is big and so are the rooms. That makes my job a whole lot easier as I can go for a stealth approach.
I push the door open, finding him unconscious, I slam my hand down on his throat and tell him I know what you're here for, and I'm gonna make sure you don't get it. My marines stand behind me and wait for the call. We stood him against the balcony and let a 7.62x39 rip through his skull. We let the janitor know on the way out we hit a “bullseye”.
